A focused one-to-one session for important decisions.
You know the decision is important, but you can't see it clearly anymore. Too close. Too tangled. Too many voices in your head. This isn't about adding more thinking. It's about editing until what belongs becomes clear. Together we'll slow things down, untangle what's shaping the decision, and bring you back to yourself. So your next move is unmistakably yours.
A decision is never really just one decision. It’s a pattern: the same pull, the same fog, showing up in different places, different years.
This is an ongoing partnership. A single session can hand you the next move. This goes deeper. Together, over time, we’ll strengthen the habits and conditions that shape how you think, create, lead, relate and decide.
It's also for what you're building. A business, a body of work, your personal brand, or yourself. The kind of work that takes longer than one session to see clearly, and shape; because you're not just deciding, you're constructing. This is where I work alongside you as you build it.
The work isn’t simply to solve today’s challenges. It’s to build a way of thinking and operating that holds under pressure, until orientation isn't something you reach for. It's your default.
Inner work. Built to hold.

A self - guided framework for slowing down, separating signal from noise, and finding your next move.
For the decision that keeps coming back. The one that wakes you at 3am. The one you keep turning over without landing.
Sometimes you know exactly what it is.
Sometimes you just feel that something is off.
The Decision Map helps you uncover the decision underneath the decision by editing out what doesn't belong.
It takes around 35-40 minutes and includes a guided meditation to help you arrive before you start.
Locate the real decision.
Edit out what isn't yours.
Separate signal from noise.
Choose what comes next.
In my work with artists and designers, I saw how often clarity gave way to self-censoring; driven by audience approval and the pressure to perform. Over time, they stopped asking themselves what was true, and looked outward for something to follow. Access to creative intelligence narrowed. That noise doesn't just affect how we create. It shapes decisions. Quietly but completely. It erodes trust and with it, confidence. This work is about restoring that. Seeing clearly again, and deciding well, from there.
